Synopsis :

L'histoire suit Nanakorobi Nene, une jeune fille cybernétiquement améliorée. Cette fille est à la tête d'une métropole nommée Cenancle et vie actuellement chez sa tante. N'ayant aucun ami ni même une personne avec qui parler, cette dernière s'ennuie, jusqu'au jour où elle rencontre un docteur nommé Uzal Delilah et une autre fille modifiée nommée Clarion.

Nanakorobi est ravie de se faire une amie mais cette joie est de courte durée quand ils apprennent qu'un terroriste, lui aussi modifié, menace la métropole. Étant trop faible pour le vaincre, Uzal propose à Nene et Clarion de fusionner l'abattre. C'est ainsi qu'une nouvelle personne naît pour battre ce terroriste.
