L’histoire se déroule dans un univers alternatif à Fate/Stay Night.Nous suivons Illya qui deviendra une Magical Girl Prisma après être tombé sur un bâton magique : le Kaleido Stick Ruby. Elle devra récupérer les mystérieuses cartes des Servants dispersées dans toute la ville de Fuyuki.
