Synopsis :

Tokyo, c'est dans cette ville que d'innombrables personnes possédant des pouvoirs apparaissent. Nommés Choujin par le gouvernement, les pouvoirs de ces personnes proviennent de diverses sources, comme de l'espace ou d'organisations louches.

Ainsi pour protéger la population, le gouvernement décide de prendre des mesures exécutives.

C'est dans cet environnement peu agréable pour ces porteurs de pouvoirs que nous suivons le quotidien de trois Choujin nommés Jirō Hitoyoshi, Teruko Hoshino et Emi Onino.
